SEO Executive - (Lindex, Majestic, Search Metrics) Banking
As the SEO executive for this leading UK Bank, you will based from their prestigious London offices. This role focuses on the channels performance management supporting the development of the short and longer term digital SEO plan along with strategic approach. Understanding how the customers are using digital channels, identifying and managing performance against key value drivers for digital and also growing the digitally active customer base across the UK Cards business.
The role will involve working with the agency to develop the plan and strategy, in order to help drive commercial success at scale. This role has supporting responsibility for both managing and executing the SEO plan for the company website, and as such, you will have a proven track record of driving SEO growth
The Role is to be broken down into the following areas:
Digital SEO Planning and reporting (40%)
Digital Servicing Insight and analytics (20%)
Digital Servicing Adoption, Engagement and Usage (30%)
Operational Channel Management & Governance (10%)
Control Objective: Understand the appropriate Policies & Standards applicable to my role through reading the Code of Conduct and other training allocated to me. Where responsible for risks and controls ensure that these are appropriate and fit for purpose.
Person Specification:
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing
*SEO expert with strong tactical experience and acute instincts
*Experience in communications planning, planning or digital servicing
*Experience in agency management and evaluation
*Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets
*Commercially astute
*Expert understanding and use of SEO tools eg Linkdex, Majestic, Search Metrics, etc.)
*Highly effective communicator
*Ability to present and communicate complex issues to a wide cross section of audiences
Knowledge of web analytics tools (ideally webtrends) and how they can be used to drive digital experience performance.
