Description
Summary:- The customer center is host to hundreds of customers each year. The division is where customer needs and technological solutions come together through the Systems Staging process.
- The Engineering Team works with field teams to develop the fine design details of a Radio Communications System and to support the fundamental objective of Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Work with a team of staging engineers and field personnel to test customer systems.
- Provide "hands-on" support for systems testing and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a catalyst for the resolution of product and system problems and communicate issues quickly and accurately to the staging engineers.
Skills/Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE a BS or MS in EE or CS or CE, no equivalents
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking.
- Aggressive problem solving skills and the ability to get things done in a multi-organizational environment.
- Effective communications including public speaking and interpersonal skills.
