Description
SUMMARY:- Responsible for creating compelling, persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns for small- to medium-sized business customers.
- Copywriter must have a strong command of the English language/grammar and advertising, effective collaboration skills and the ability to think and write creatively.
- This position requires a solid understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to provide design instructions.
- Develop engaging copy for digital marketing campaigns using market research and client-provided content.
- Communicate with consultants and graphic designers to ensure that the developed content meets and exceeds the customer expectations.
- Adhere to best practices and techniques to continually develop fresh, creative content.
- Monitor urgent copy changes and coordinate change turnaround times.
- Stay proficient with corporate proprietary software programs (training provided).
- Stay up to date on changing design requirements and work processes.
- Meet weekly production goals and maintain accuracy rate.
- Perform other supplementary duties as needed/directed.

- 2-3 years in digital copywriting or related field.
- Experience working in an advertising environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience formulating website copy and keyword tags relevant to customer businesses.
- Photoshop/InDesign experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Experience in website and SEM campaign writing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or related field preferred.
