I am looking for an Internal Communications personnel to be based on client sites throughout the North of England
The successful candidates will be responsible for communications deliverables.
- Work as part of an operational consultancy team, taking ownership of comms deliverables during project implementation
- Design project comms strategy, based on findings of comms audit.
- Create stakeholder map of key influencers
- Scope and draft range of communications materials tailored to different audience groups and sequenced throughout the change programme (eg key messages, leader scripts, Q&As, slides, campaign posters, online content etc.)
- Manage production of materials (drawing on client and external resource, as appropriate)
- Measure impact of comms deliverables across project life cycle to understand what is, or is not, working to inform forward plan(s)
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skill set
- Strong internal comms experience, especially change comms, ideally within a consulting or large corporate setting.
- An understanding of both marketing and media is desirable
- Skilled at engaging large groups of people
- Excellent editorial skills to produce a range of high-quality documentation
- Self-starter who is passionate and driven to get the job done
- Competent in Microsoft Office products and relevant design/publishing software
