Description
The Role:
The User Acceptance/Business Acceptance Tester will work very closely with all Digital teams including Content and IT to ensure that sufficient coverage is being provided on changes being delivered. Your main focus will be on ensuring the business requirements are being met as well as that changes being delivered will not impact the overall user experience.
As the Product Owners/Business Sponsor define what changes are required, the Business Acceptance tester should define how they will validate the changes have been met as well as defining whether additional testing coverage is required from other areas of the business. Responsibilities will include ensuring the digital operations team are updated on defects being agreed to go live with so that actions can be taken to mitigate any risks.
