- experienced analyst with techno-functional proficiency
- to assist business reps in translating the processes in standard SAP
- participate in process design workshops
- write technical blue-prints
- write technical specs for development
- have knowledge of implementing utility market communication via customizing and workflow
- perform customizing
- execute unit, system and integration test
