ServiceNow Business Analyst - Contract - LondonYou will define requirements and design solutions along with analysing and documenting requirements for particular ITIL processes and mapping them to the ServiceNow tool. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle from conducting high quality business analysis and functional design through to User Acceptance Testing, working with the process team to drive out requirements and working within the Engineering team to articulate technical challenges and opportunities
You'll need to have a proven track record in ITSM project management, with a strong background in delivering strategic ServiceNow IT Service management solutions across multiple modules.
You will have worked on a number of ServiceNow projects as a Business Analyst and will be comfortable taking a lead role if necessary.
