Job Description
* Identification, articulation and Prioritization of EPICS and User Stories relevant to the ITIIL Operations processes
* Revised / Optimized ITIL Service Operations Processes
* Tooling Design to support the ITIL Operations Processes
Must Haves
* At least 3 years of relevant experience
* Experience in Designing and Implementing Optimized process for a Private Cloud environment
* Understanding the private Cloud capabilities and the ability to articulate required changes to the current customer processes
* Ability to interactively define the requirements and specifications with the customer and wider HPE team
* Translate the requirements into a Design
* Translate the Design into a functional process
* English required
