Document Management Officer E-Archiving (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Monitor, improve and promote records’ quality against agreed standards including timely disposal of obsolete records
- Liaise with technical support services on issues related to tools and systems used in Records & Archives
- Help realize efficiency gains by continuously reviewing and updating work processes in Records and Archives Management areas
- Ensure timely processing (registration, scanning, distribution, filing) of business correspondence (mail, fax, e-mail), as well as internal records
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in a records or archives management function
- Experience in working with and administration of computer applications, including electronic document management system and automated scanning
- Sound understanding of information management and office collaboration needs
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of German
- Excellent team player, with good communicative and interpersonal skills, who leads by example
