Retail Campaign Manager - 6 months - Welwyn Garden City - Negotiable Daily Rate
A leading Manufacturing and Retail client of Pontoon is looking for a Retail Campaign Manager to join there site in Hertfordshire as part of a large scale piece of work focusing on rolling out POS Branding across a high number of stores across the UK.
Job Purpose:- To project manage customer trade campaigns that align brand, trade, design, digital and all relevant media channels to deliver consistent communication to our customers to enhance our brand and drive trade.
Accountable for:
- Cross functionally project manage the execution of the trade plans by delivering coherent campaigns across Brand, Design, Media Channel, Product and Channel Teams.
- Deliver campaigns to agreed budgets, working closely with Customer, Product and Channel teams.
- Work end to end to deliver Strategic Insight, Brief writing, Agency Briefing, Channel Planning, Media Planning, Cross Functional Coordination, Print/OOH/Display/Radio Execution and Review of each Seasonal Trade Campaign.
- Own and influence the delivery and execution of all elements of all the Trade Campaigns including: Colleague engagement, Instore, Digital and Customer Comms to achieve Campaign objectives.
- Work with both internal and external agency partners to create/innovate the customer Trade Campaigns in order to truly deliver against customer Insight and Campaign objectives.
- Complete post implementation reviews of Trade Campaigns to ensure consistent improvements.
- Following the Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious.
Experience Required:- Experiencing of influencing at all work levels.
- Campaign Management experience.
- Experience in managing projects/Campaigns from Strategy through Planning and Execution.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working with Agencies.
