Technology Consulting - Telecom Field Force Management

We are looking for people who can do their work from the client's perspective, while not losing the objective of solving problems even in the midst of performing our main task.

We are recruiting people who will continue to make the effort to improve their own special skills and fields, and have the spirit to take up challenges of new skills and fields as times change.

Job Description:

Provide technology consulting service for field force management transformation in telecom industry. Bring projects to success with our clients in various forms from as-is analysis to design, implementation and continuous improvement following transformation methodology.

- Field operation as-is assessment and gap analysis

- Target operating model design

- Operation excellence transformation roadmap definition

- Intelligent scheduling & dispatching rules design and fine tuning based on operation data analysis

- Demand forecasting modelling design and implementation

- Process design to fulfil the business objectives, with referring to the mainstream standards or methodology like as eTOM, ITIL, BPM

- Field operation metrics design and measurement suggestions

- Defining the business requirements for WFM (Work Force Management) solution

- Support the IT requirement analysis from business perspective

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field force management operation or consulting
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecom industry
  • Fluency in English communication
  • Minimum of a Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Communication skills to be able to conduct the conversation with client Manager/Director level
  • Experienced in BPR/BPM
  • Experienced in operation transformation project
  • Deep understanding of field force management operation and continuous improvement
  • Experienced in intelligent scheduling and dispatching rules design and implementation
  • Experienced in demand forecasting and resource planning design and implementation
  • Experienced in field force management operation data analysis and continuous improvement
  • Experienced in systems integration experience working in WFM projects of telecom industry
  • Experienced in telecom network equipment engineering or on-site maintenance
  • Certified by ITIL
  • Experienced in using English on daily work
  • Experienced in managing SI delivery or consulting projects
