Project Accountant Edinburgh 6 months
Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join a large public sector client on an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh.
Main Duties Include:
. Oversee the preparation of the financial returns
. Coordinate the completion and consolidation of the approved budgetary monitoring/cash forecasting templates.
. Investigate and provide explanations for all moves in the forecasts and investigate and provide explanations for all budget variances.
.Review monthly aged debt report and provide management and financial control advice to the Recoveries team.
.Oversea the predation of the regulatory returns in respect of debtors including agreeing the brought forward balances
Experience/Qualifications Required:
*Full qualified member of a CCAB body
.Must be competent with excel
.Experience of managing a team
