Description
Working as a Business Assurance Consultant your role will be to undertake pre-sale advice quality assurance checking on case files, to provide constructive and clear feedback to Partners on advice quality prior to transaction. To monitor and report on advise quality trends and where appropriate, make recommendations to improve adviser support propositions or training scheme.
You'll be successful in this role if:
- You have a regulated financial advice background and are used to formulating or checking advice.
- You have the QCF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards.
- You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing and are used to providing clear, concise guidance to a variety of stakeholders.
- You are planned and organised and used to managing SLA's and team workloads to ensure productivity levels are met.
- You have strong relationship building skills as you'll work with other operational teams in Prudential Financial Planning.
- You thrive on a challenge, working with intellectual rigour at a pace to achieve the highest standards of execution under all conditions.
