Description
For one of our clients we are looking for a SAP system administration & support member to provide business critical IT services to the customer.They will be responsible for the:
- Installation and upgrade of the SAP environments
- Interface between functional consultants and Infrastructure operations
- Authorizations management (users, roles, jobs, ...);
- Transport management in all SAP systems;
- SAP point of Contact for all sessions related to performance, implementation,
- Surveillance, reporting and propose actions regarding:
- Provide technical advice for design and implementation of new components;
- Daily monitoring and performance check;
- Clients copies;
- Systems copies;
- Trace and identify performance issue to be reported to SAP Support;
- Manage all SAP devices (Printers, copiers, e-mailing );
- Prepare statistics and reporting for SAP Production.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in working as system administrator in a business critical IT services support team;
- Excellent knowledge in the following domains:
- SAP BC technical skills: Authorisations; BI/BW(loads, jobs, RFC, ...); SAP Portal
- PI/PO
- HANA
- VIM
- CLM
- ECC 6.0;
- Solution Manager;
- Web dispatchers;
- IDES;
- APO (Automatic Planning Optimization) installation under NT/UNIX platform;
- SAP Installations/Upgrades;
- SAP Tuning;
- Oracle Installations/Upgrades;
- Transports;
- Jobs management;
- Debugging;
- Knowledge of the internal landscape and way of working
- Fluent in Dutch and French
