Description
one of the world's oldest stock exchanges and can trace its history back more than 300 years is in search for salesforce administrator to join for a 10 month fixed-term period.
The CRM (Salesforce) Administrator will have a very good understanding of CRM practices, Salesforce capability and functionality (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), and have demonstrable experience of providing BAU support to a global user base. The candidate should be ADM201 certified or actively working towards the certification.
Main responsibilities
- Integration project support
- user training
- Undertake basic administration such as user management, report writing and dashboard creation
- Develop and implement end user training and documentation
- Ensure accuracy of client and prospect information through regular data cleansing
- Ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders meetings
- Liaise closely with external parties including Salesforce and partner organisations to support enhancements and issue resolution
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid experience within Salesforce.com Administration
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects that deliver value in a fast-paced environment
- Good Salesforce platform knowledge, ideally with experience of Pardot Marketing Automation
- Experience of working within the development of a CRM environment and launching new innovations
- Excellent communication skills and good attitude
- Ability to challenge, make decisions and prioritise
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of management & staff
- Results focused with ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and without constant supervision
