SAP CRM Functional Consultant - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH
Skills and experience:
- Expert SAP CRM professional with 3 to 8 years of experience (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
- SAP certification in the area of CRM is a plus
- Good technical/functional knowledge to develop a reliable and performance solution, meeting business requirements at an affordable cost
- Able to design and implement best practice blueprints that fit IT framework
- Strong/agile communication skills
- Result-oriented dynamic team player
- Strong technical capacity with a good understanding of functional business/supply chain
- Ability to complete his(her) role with limited supervision
- Disciplined and a structured working method
Description of work:
- Implementation and roll-out of the SAP CRM template
- Analyse the business requirements and optimize/simplify the business processes
- Develop and deploy the SAP solutions through all phases, including analysis, customizing, testing, implementation, and user training as well as providing technical and functional expertise in the area of SAP CRM
- Participate as team member to large projects, or manage medium projects with limited risks and resources requirements, with limited supervision
- Optimize solutions relating to specific project issues
- Analyze user requests/needs and translate them into specific business requirements
- Design the best solution to meet the requirements using the standard capabilities of the software package
- Customize new functionalities
- Provide ABAP development specifications and follow-up of these developments
- Unit test the proposed solution or new functionalities
