Proteus Europe is searching for a SAP CRM Functional Consultant for our clients based in Brussels, Belgium -
Our Client:-
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a significant global presence with commercial operations in more than 150 countries, a network of 89 manufacturing sites, and large RandD centres in the UK, USA, Belgium and China.
They have a range of innovative products in three primary areas of Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare.
Your New role:-
The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will be involved in the implementation and roll-out of the SAP CRM template in the various companies.
(S)he will work closely with our business partners, in order to analyse the business requirements and optimize/simplify the business processes.
(S)he needs good technical/functional knowledge to develop a reliable and performant solution, meeting business requirements at an affordable cost.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
The SAP CRM Consultant must develop and deploy the SAP solutions through all phases, including analysis, customizing, testing, implementation, and user training,
as well as providing technical and functional expertise in the area of SAP CRM.
His/her main responsibilities will be:
- Participate as team member to large projects, or manage medium projects with limited risks and resources requirements, with limited supervision
- Optimizes solutions relating to specific project issues
- Analyzing user requests/needs and translate them into specific business requirements
- designing the best solution to meet the requirements using the standard capabilities of the software package
- Customizing new functionalities
- Provide ABAP development specifications and follow-up of these developments
- Unit test the proposed solution or new functionalities
Your Skills and experience:-
- Expert SAP CRM professional with 3 to 8 years of experience (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
- Able to design and implement best practice blueprints that fit Vaccines IT framework
- Result-oriented
- Strong/agile communication skills
- Team player
- Strong technical capacity with a good understanding of functional business/supply chain
- Dynamic
- Ability to complete his(her) role with limited supervision
- Structured working method/disciplined
- Fluency in English and French Education,
Qualifications:
SAP certification in the area of CRM is a plus
