We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.
Position Title: Senior Consultant for Network Planning & Optimization
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2016
Duration: 12 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Supporting local teams in pre sales activity towards the customer C Level; drive a consultative sales approach.
- Support local teams in the development of customer understanding in order to match customer needs with service offering; Review and recommend improvements to customer service offerings and presentations.
- Support local teams in the development of customized solutions that solve the customer's pain points
- Working with in-country teams to deliver presentations to installed base' and new customers; Analyzing technical developments to identify business opportunities for local teams.
- Research and review the market and competitor activities, recommend changes.
- Provide customer specific feedback to Account Service Department for strategy improvement.
- Support on-site important professional service sales projects and key marketing events in global, coach sales team through best practice.
- Output qualified documents to summarize experience and best practice.
- Expertise support in the particular areas (such as financial analysis of operators, etc.) to improve the relevant competence.
- Responsible for summarizing the service sales methodologies, and training; output presentation.
- Identify gaps with other competitors in service solution sales.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant, international ICT experience.
- Technical background in network solution design, planning and optimisation.
- Customer oriented experience, pre-sales, marketing, solution development skills from large scale projects
- Strong market knowledge on a global level, especially from the EU market.
- Experienced in development of new solutions and key projects support.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and high level Customer management.
- Global projects experience & customer relationship sharing.
