Description
Schedule Operations Assistant required by my media broadcasting client based in west London for an initial 2 month contract. The Scheduler will work with the editors, and to the Managing Editor Languages, to co-ordinate the daily running of the office.
The main purpose of the job will be;
- Central point of contract for the team and also for teams who work alongside the department like hair and make up etc.
- Controlling the rota for a team 20 staff members
- Admin for annual Leave
- Minute Meetings
- Control the budget for the area
- Booking meetings
- Scheduling new staff inductions and running them
-Ideal to have previously worked in a media company- reflecting experience in SAP.
