Empiric are working with a global Financial Services organisation with key operational presence in Ireland.
They are looking for a number of experienced Change Business Analysts to work within their Dublin offices to support the Life and Pensions business
This role is a core member of the change team and is a key point of contact with the business and project stakeholders. The role works with IT and business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to understand business and change requirements and develop solutions.
You will be involved with the following:
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into structured specifications for solutions
- Understand business problems and change requirements in order to provide a solution design
- Work with IT Designers and business stakeholders to evaluate options and ensure fit for purpose solutions are implemented throughout the life cycle
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Experience of business analysis and solution development
- Experience of analysing business information to understand change requirements
- Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
- Prior experience of migrations/transformation
- Some experience of working with third party providers
- Experience of facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, process modelling and producing business solution designs
- Experience of gaining deep understanding of operating models, process and systems within new business areas
- Working knowledge of how project environments work
- Relevant professional qualification (ISEB)
- Detailed knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
- Working knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals in the same field.
- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
This is a contract position with an initial day rate around 430 EUR per day. The contract length with be around 1 year initially.
