We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.
Position Title: FTTX/ODN network design expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2016
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for solution development of consultancy, planning, design and implementation (FTTH/GPON/Copper) for Brown & Green Fields to ensure timely availability of network.
- Perform presentation to high level customers to introduce FTTx solution and integration abilities.
- Network consultancy or business consultancy with TCO/ROI analysis as required.
- Responsible to support the FTTx/ODN bidding and delivery projects to review solution architecture, scope of work, risk, cost, etc.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- More than 20 years experience in the field of telecommunication with leading operators or vendors.
- Experience from large FTTx rollouts in the following regions: North America, South Korea or Japan is mandatory!
- Excellent products/components knowledge and standards of fix access network.
- Strong experience in end to end fiber/copper access network, including planning, designing, implementation, service provision/migration, operation and maintenance.
- Having excellent operation experience and knowledge of design & OSS tools like NE, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
- Be familiar with development procedure of product/service product, having good methodology of solution architecture.
- Have extensive overseas experience on product/service sales, project implementation especially on the skill set of project management, contractor management, communication, decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.
- With good English verbal and written ability.
