Role: Salesforce Trainer/Adoption Manager

Job type: Contract

Location: London

This is a fantastic Salesforce Trainer/Adoption Manager opportunity to work with a Global Media Company.

Purpose of role

We are searching for a confident and outgoing Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for training sales and operations users across 11 Countries. They must be a self starter, motivated by the desire to ensure users are correctly trained and able to use Salesforce effectively.

Key role accountabilities

  • Creating and running a Salesforce training programme.
  • Upskilling and educating users.
  • Maintaining training material.
  • Identifying and overcoming challenges with Salesforce adoption.
  • Keeping users skills current - in line with Salesforce new product releases.
  • Providing end user support.

Key role responsibilities

  • Work within a centralized Salesforce team to deliver high quality training to a variety of Salesforce end users.
  • To define and implement a rolling Salesforce training programme.
  • To regularly deliver training modules to users via a range of channels: including in person, via Skype, conference call, workshops, video.
  • To meticulously maintain the Salesforce training collateral.
  • Regularly publish and deliver new training via Learncore and Chatter.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal (day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written forms (requirements and design specifications) with local and remote team members.
  • Be an evangelist for Salesforce proactively driving adoption and benefits realization.

Skills Required

  • Highly organised with experience of managing and delivering training programmes.
  • The ability to confidently and clearly deliver training to large groups of people.
  • Someone with the gravitas to act as an ambassador of Salesforce.
  • A thorough working knowledge of Salesforce functionality.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Must be a Self Starter, ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years salesforce system admin experience.
  • ADM 201 am advantage
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.

Highly Desirable

  • An internal Salesforce Customer Success background.
