Security Delivery Manager - PUAM, IAM is required by my client

Role Objectives

  • Build and manage the communication plans to promote the Privileged User Access Management service.
  • Initiate, document, agree, and deliver the PUAM process change throughout the organization.

Main Tasks

  • Own the creation of organizational and functional communication to users of the PUAM service across multiple media channels (Web, speaker forums, email, etc).
  • Lead development of high quality content, viewed by executive as content development partner.
  • Assist in the production of PUAM policy documents (IAM security awareness is key)
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels and to collaborate cross-functionally and with various stakeholders.
  • Act as a second in command to the global PM, with full awareness and understanding of all aspects of the project.
  • Provide project support to the Global PM for analysis, governance, delivery, and general collaboration of the Privileged User Access Management Programme.

Expected Deliverables

  • Engage with privileged access teams to capture and document use cases, special requirements, regional requirements etc.

- Deliverables 1.1: Uses cases formalized

- Deliverables 1.2: Summary of requirements per region

  • Build roll out plan, agree go live dates, and manage the overall onboarding process end to end.

- Deliverables 2.1: Detailed roll out plan, per industry best practices and technical requirements

- Deliverable 2.2: Region on-boarding meeting and follow-up

  • Produce documentation for use cases, process change, user journeys, business workflows etc.
  • Produce training material (using various media channels) and host and lead training sessions.
  • Support the PM in creation of governance materials in a timely manner ensuring the project moves forward quickly.
  • Host regular meetings with privileged user teams across the globe to communicate onboarding schedule, go live plan, post live follow up etc.

- Deliverables 3.1: Meeting agenda, minutes, decisions follow-up

  • Hold working group meetings, and participate in project committee meetings as and when required.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Global Project manager as well as reporting on onboarding KPI's, risks and issues etc.
