Solution Architect (CRM)
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Solution Architect (CRM) to join their business in Warsaw.
Position Title: Solution Architect (CRM)
Position Type: 6 months initial contract
Start Date: June/July 2016

Responsibilities
- Being responsible for system architecture and requirements specification for the CRM solutions
- Collect and analyze customer requirements and prepare relevant solutions aligned with the CRM product
- Plan and conduct workshop and meetings with customer for requirement gathering and/or clarification with the team
- Presentation in customer meetings
- Work together with the team on designing the proposed solutions
- Obtain customer approval on specifications
- Support project bidding or contract negotiation, assist in project operation and management, improve project success probability and contract quality
- Manage customer requirements and be responsible for solution architecture design and customer approval
- Control solution consistency and document quality
- E2E technical responsibility for the delivery of CRM to customers
- Produce reports and provide support to other project teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in telecom and enterprise architecture
- Previous experience with CRM architecture
- Experience with transformation of inventory, document management
- Experience in designing end to end processes using enterprise modelling tools
- Experience with local operators would be an advantage
