IT Service Manager/Project Lead Contract Dublin 6-12 Months.
My client a leading name in their industry is in need of a talented and experienced IT Service Manager/Project Lead to join a programme of work they are undertaking.
Candidates will be expected to plan and manage a short high level design phase of work to define the target ITSCM strategic solution environment. Candidates will be expected to manage a planning exercise to develop an implementation plan, costs, resource requirements to deliver the ITSCM technical infrastructure solution. You will Lead and manage the implementation of the ITSCM technical infrastructure solution over multiple phases
Candidates will have extensive project management capability in a complex, multi-vendor environment; strong technical skills ideally including ITSCM (IT Service Management)/DR (Disaster recovery) or infrastructure upgrades. You will have experience working with senior stakeholder management capability; strong negotiation and issue resolution skills.
