Description

My client is a leading technology organisation who are looking for an hands on IP architect for the following activities:

- Audit of current network architecture

- Review and optimization of current network wide IP Addressing plan

- Internal LAN IP network design

- DCN design and implementation

- IP V6 strategy and implementation plan

- Capacity planning

Required skills and experience:

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing TCP/IP network

- Experience working for fix broadband ISP

- IPMPLS

- IP V6

- Project management skills

- International experience with exposure to different culture

Would be a bonus

- BDN, DNS, DPI, Caching, PCRF, radius, diameter

- FTTH, ADSL,DWDM

- Security implementation

- Planning, and traffic analysis tools

Perform analytical, technical, cost analysis and CAPEX development work in the planning, design, installation and on-going administration and management of the end to end network and services.

  • Create, manage and maintain the end-to-end IP connectivity (architecture and design, and support to engineering and planning) for different services, including IP/MPLS, Security, WiFi, streaming media, and other IP-based services and network functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines (B.S. Required, M.S. Preferred)
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in an IP Network Architect role, or similar experience, supporting carriers, ISP or other large service-providing networks.
  • Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCDE, CCDP, etc. are preferred.
