Your tasks:
- Working on structure-based design project in a pre-clinical pharmaceutical research environment
- Docking and scoring of compounds as well as the generation of homology models
- Free energy calculations for the prioritisation of compounds shall be pursued
- Ligand-based QSAR models shall be developed
Your qualifications
- Profound working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Profound experience in docking, free energy perturbation, homology modelling, machine learning and QSAR
- Fluency in German and English
