General goal of the Functioneel Analyst
As an IT Functional Analyst, you take part in some of the most ambitious projects in a fast-paced challenging environment typical. As part of the IT team, you are responsible for the solution design process of wide integration & migration projects, possibly spanning multiple years.
As an IT Functional Analyst, you:
-
interpret & analyze business requirements from departments such as marketing, sales & care, legal, finance, etc. in both B2C & B2B context;
-
communicate & deliberate with the large group of project partners from all over the company;
-
analyze the IT landscape & determine IT requirements;
-
drive change via a number of solution options & agree with IT partners on final project approach.
We are looking for motivated, team player' consultants with a can do' attitude and proven experience by means of
-
thorough knowledge of business process in CRM, sales, order management & order to bill, and customer care;
-
understanding business priorities and user requirements;
-
deep understanding of IT landscapes in various contexts & environments, and IT project life cycles;
-
hands on solutioning activities in complex IT projects of large organizations, including large migration projects;
-
excellent soft skills for elaborating with all kinds of business stakeholders;
Proficiency in English is a must. Hands on experience in a telecom environment is a plus.
