Shared PMO (HR Controlling & Planning) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain project management and governance tools (e.g. project plan, status reports, RAID log, readiness checks)
- Maintain project documentation
- Coordinate activities with different units and the HR Service Center line organization
- Prepare, facilitate and conduct meetings and workshops
- Ensure timely delivery of required information and completed templates
- Support the evaluation of options and decision making
- Provide input to overall stakeholder analysis and communication plan
- Prepare and conduct fit-gap analysis per Business Unit (BU)
- Facilitate the definition of requirements for Service Center Organization, CoC and BUs
- Develop and maintain process descriptions
- Prepare communication and training material
Your qualifications
- Proven knowledge of and experience in project management in an international environment
- Profound experience in project related work; experience in applying PM methodologies/tools (e.g. MS Project skills beneficial)
- Reliability and independence in task fulfilment
- Leadership capability with ability to motivate, lead, develop and empower others
- Analytical and problem solving skills, team spirit and strong customer service orientation and quick understanding of complex process and business environments
- Strong communication and consultancy skills, team spirit and strong customer service orientation
- Goal-oriented, with a high intercultural awareness and ability to quickly build multiple cross-border relationships
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
