A leading operator to the offshore renewable energies market, focusing on Wind power, is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager and Project Administrator to work within the team.Principal Accountabilities:
- All aspects of general administration, office management and secretarial duties.
- Contact management to include greeting guests, answering calls, and inter-department liaison.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the project filing system and document control responsibilities.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and conference rooms.
- Supporting the Senior Management team with diary, travel and expense management.
- Raising and tracking purchase orders and team requisitioning using SAP.
- Co-ordinating meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes.
- Arranging team conferences, workshops and events.
- Various ad-hoc duties that arise in terms of office administration.
- Managing the staff recruitment database to ensure that arrangements are made for all new starters and leavers.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role.
- Team Management experience.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Good communication skills, must be comfortable liaising with a wide range of people at all professional levels.
- Sound IT skills, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
