CONTRACT! Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services

Description

I work on behalf of a world leading multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their London office on a contract basis.
You must be from a Building Services background with at least 8 years' post grad experience across multiple projects - Stadiums, Commercial, Residential (high end).
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• To seek and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate institution.
• Lead, co-ordinate and integrate the work of members of the external project team and associated professionals.
• To manage the design process and co-ordinate engineering activities relating to the project.
• Train and mentor junior members of the team

• Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
• HVAC
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office
• Revit
• Microstation
• Aecosim
• IES
• Chartered
• Mandarin speaking (desirable)
