Proteus Europe is searching for a bilingual French and Dutch speaking CRM/Salesforce Consultant for a 7 month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium. With some occasional travel around Belgium; Charleroi, Liege, Antwerp, Gent.

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role:-
Main tasks
Mission: Support the Sales Strategy team, Change and Process Management in the implementation of projects affecting or involving Sales and whose roll-out is expected in 2016.
The 2 main projects for which support is requested are (this list is certainly not exhaustive and may change depending on the direction of priorities):
Support - project - Lead and Campaign Management P and V Provision of exclusive Agents P and V of a management tool leads/opportunities for cross- and up-selling.
The tool is developed in the cloud (Salesforce.com) and replace a - Back End- program unfriendly and too little used by the network today.
This tool will help to structure and monitor the business activity of P and V agent network.
- Prepare a manual for the end user of the new Salesforce tool
- Prepare and provide training of the tool (and process) in business coaching and agents pilot project
- Coordination of Access to activate within the network (rights and permissions per profile)
- Coordination of a pilot phase with a limited number of users
- Practical training full P and V network and national roll-out
- Monitoring of the adoption of the new tool and carriers network and mentoring
Support - workflow business coaching - Distribution Relationship Management P and V-
Placing in the Salesforce tool used by the commercial framework for structuring workflows and facilitating their tasks and monitored, and various interactions with other departments.
- Analysis of different workflows to develop (collection of requirements) based on interviews with the product owner Sales.
- Test the workflow created in Salesforce.
- Demo and roll-out to the business coaching

- Analytical/logical Spirit/structured (translation training slides in flows, preparation of test cases to be used in training, capture needs and translation IT requirements ...)
- Oriented - IT tools- (quickly adopts a new IT tool, can make a live demo of the tool salesforce during training ...)
- Result-Oriented
Desirable Skills:-
- Training experience in a distribution network/sales is a plus
- Change management experience (ADKAR) is a plus
