Pension Consultant - Bracknell
A Pension Consultant is required to join a global Consulting client, to deliver and manage projects within the Pension Department, including supporting Trustee boards and managing pensions work resulting from my client's TUPE activity and M&A activity.
Skills mandatory:
- Experienced Reward consultant or manager, or HR Business Partner with Reward knowledge and experience.
- Detailed pensions knowledge, while helpful, is not essential - although the willingness to learn is and training will be given as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working in teams, with an ability to build networks and influence others. Competence in products such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
