I have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Insights Manager to work with a global healthcare company on a contractual basis.
Role
He/she will responsible for making high impact business and marketing strategies for both inline and pipeline for the International Strategic Marketing Team so they can facilitate enhancement of information based business decision.
You will be joining a truly successful and reputed company reporting directly to Senior Marketing Director, Medical Aesthetics.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Through insight generation, challenge and influence marketing strategies for marketing planning with IMS team and International Marketing Board
- Ensure overall constancy in research methodologies and quality standards sharing best practices both regionally and globally applying the Market Research SOP
- Use research tools effectively and optimize vendor interactions
- Plan and execute market research and information projects executing annual project plans (primary research)
- Optimizes the value of market information to the company by promoting optimum use by Business Unit through effective dissemination within the company
- Utilizes all information sources to facilitate information based decision making promoting effective use and pro-actively design new monitors and analyses for changing business needs
- Ensure all business/marketing teams are informed of relevant information availability and provide understanding and insights into current and emerging market issues affecting EMEA region performance in collaboration with Secondary Data Market Analysts
- Using targeting primary market research support commercial assessment of pipeline and Business Development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to hold:
- Substantial experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry with market research/information
- Knowledge and understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies and of International/Global healthcare environments
- Pharmaceutical marketing knowledge desirable with strong statistical background
- Experience in covering appropriate customer types (HCP, payers, patients etc..) and customer dynamics
- In depth understanding of analytical methods and integration market data/sources as well as expertise in market research designs and implementation
- Client service environment experience with multi-country and emerging markets involvement across a range of therapy areas and products
- Fluent in English plus one other European language preferred
Qualification and Education
- University degree or equivalent, higher level in Life Sciences, Economics or Statistics preferred with supplementary marketing qualification
