Windows Systems Engineer - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Languages: ENGLISH only
Maximum 4 days per week on site with possible changes during extensions
Skills and experience:
- Packaging skills with excellent understanding of packaging
- Experience in evaluation, design, management and deployment of Windows Operating Systems, applications, tools, products and solutions
- 5+ years' experience in systems administration
- 5+ years' experience in working in complex projects
- Strong Scripting skills in PowerShell
- Strong experience in AppSense
- Good understanding Build (Windows 7)
- Excellent understanding of Group policy objects/Preference ( GPO/GPP )
- Understanding of Microsoft SCCM 2007 and or 2012
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Description of work:
- Create PowerShell scripts based on technical specifications and execute the implementation plan
- Work with AppSense for persona management for Physical and Virtual desktops
- Document the customizations and decisions made during the packaging process
- Monitor production deployment process and provide rollout status/update reporting as required
