We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SOC Consultant/Manager to work on a long term contract based in Asia.
The SOC Consultant should have at least 15 years experience.
Essential skills for this position:
Understand why Operation Transformation needed, why SQM/CEM capability should be build in the SOC In-depth understanding eTOM/ITIL (at least)/TQM/TL9000 (plus) In-depth understanding and practical on how to design Process from Business Process to Operational Process 10 years Operation management or Operation Solution architect in Telecom environment (NOC or SOC operation) Understand how to establish a NOC/SOC end2end with real experience In-depth understanding Managed Operation service end2end: from DD, high level solution design, low-level solution design to Business Case & transformation plan Understand how to transfer from Network centric to Customer Centric operation mode Clearly show what Project contracted in past 3 years with TCV, Role played, what Solution proposed, what Customer Business Development/Sales Support/Solution Architecture/strongly related project delivering not management Global experience or regional experience preferred
