Description

Network Design Engineer required to join global technology and communications company.

Location: Kuwait.

Duration: 6 months +

The role:

Support the deployment and acceptance test of the new network.

Essential:

  • CCIE certified
  • Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
  • Large-scale network design skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning.
  • Undertake support as designated Advanced Services engineer for large-scale networks. Must possess strong technical account management skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in Advanced Services or high-level support.

  • Very Strong Consulting and communication skills
  • Expert level knowledge in (2) of the following and strong knowledge in all other areas of: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, ATM & Voice technologies, IP Telephony, Optical, Wireless, IPCC. WAN protocols (Frame Relay, ISDN). IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
  • Superior level internetworking troubleshooting in a medium/large-scale network environment.
  • Consultants should be trained and capable of independently delivering network service support. Directly involve in installation, Configuration and Integration of Cisco Network Projects. Consultants to go through structured training program to achieve next level of expertise and career advancement.
  • Undertake support as designated Advanced Services Consultant for a medium-scale network.
  • Ability to leverage technical expertise of others.
