Description
Our client in Plymouth Meeting, PA is looking for an IT project manager for a 4-6 month contract role working on a variety of internal IT projects. They will define project scope and objectives, develop preliminary project plan and design, and take responsibility for the delivery and success of those projects. The creation of project cost estimates, management of the budget, and clear communication with project sponsors are all essential parts of this role.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous project management experience
- 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development

- PM-ing baseline/enterprise applications
- Budget management
- Formal training in project management and PMP certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry helpful
- Prior consulting experience is preferred as well
