EXCITING AUTOMATION COMPANY SEARCHING FOR TALENTED SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER.

Responsibilities

  • Supervised Mechanical and Electrical Installations (Conveyors, Sorter and Electrical Panels), interface between design and site team.

  • Carrying out Quality control, surveys and inspections

  • Responsible in resolving maintainability issues, setting up and arranging maintainability demonstrations with the client and signing off issues.

  • Liaising with client on weekly meetings, managed client relationships.

  • Key point and first port of call for client to raise issues and concerns that needed attention.

  • Working on site

  • Responsible for creating and producing maintenance and quality documents, which will be presented to the client as part of the handover, prior to the final sign off of the system.

  • Responsible for coordinating works on site and signing off defects raised by the client

  • Heavily involved in testing, managing test runs

  • Fully update Project Manager on weekly meetings regarding the on-site installation progress.

  • Shift leading during Operational Readiness confidence period

Qualification

  • Degree, HND or OND in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering

  • AutoCAD and Siemens S7 are a plus.

  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
