Role Overview:
Amdocs is looking for a PMO who will be responsible for providing project and program management expertise and services to a professional unit by working with client teams to develop and deliver business and technical solutions to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources

Conduct research analysis, using data gathering techniques

Implement techniques to improve engagement and productivity

Ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget, increase efficiency, and achieve cost savings

Provide knowledge transfer, monitor team engagement and performance

Build and consolidate management presentations, internal and external status reports, presentations to clients, etc.

Lead projects by setting aggressive targets and helping the project team to meet them

Issue weekly status updates for the account management and PDU management
-
Act as point of contact for all program management issues of the professional unit

Responsible of tracking the budget plan of the organization assigned to
Requirements:
-
5+ years of project management experience in telecom industry, ideally within OSS/BSS arena
-
3+ years of consulting expertise, Big 5 consulting experience preferred
-
Ability to provide knowledge transfer and thought leadership
-
Ability to translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits

Ability to influence and implement processes

Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and self-motivation
Preferences:
