Senior Marketing Manager - Osterley, West London - 6 Month contract

We have not only an exciting contract opportunity for a highly experienced Marketing Manager; but this role will see you supporting one of the largest Media and Broadcasting giants in the UK... This means unlike other contracts you will be working within, a highly talented digital hub team and enjoy a 'start-up' feel, unlike other places.

Location: Osterley, West London

Duration: 6 month contract

Responsibilities & You:

  • Lead the media planning process for our client's media campaigns, deliver a strategy focused on building the brand awareness
  • Ensure media communications are planned to deliver core business and consumer KPIs, implementing to budget and timing deadlines, delivering to brief
  • Be a champion for media planning and help the adoption of the communications planning process from end to end
  • Actively integrate with internal teams such as brand communications and acquisition marketing, PR/social, Customer marketing, and Data & Insight to ensure collaborative working to produce effective, integrated media strategies and campaigns.
  • You will take a lead on digital strategy and infrastructure
  • You will be responsible for the retail marketing strategy and planning working alongside the local teams to support and improve the local delivery of consumer led, category growing campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in content (OTT) marketing delivery
  • Demonstrable experience leading direct marketing activity across a number of offline & online channels
  • Experience of international/multi territory marketing
  • Comfortable & experienced managing multi - million pound budgets with autonomy
  • A proficient knowledge base of Marketing focused KPIs ie YoY growth, media hierarchies, acquisition rates, NPV etc
  • Able to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels
  • Experienced measuring digital activity & performance
  • Ability to create and manage virtual cross- functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience working within a high pressured commercial trading environment
  • Experience working within a high volume, multi - channel customer acquisition focused environment

Desirable skills:

  • Demonstrable experience understanding an online customer journey and where efficient & effective optimisation changes can be made
  • Retail/trade marketing experience
  • Customer marketing experience
  • Ability to communicate in other European languages a plus
  • Experience of digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to be flexible and travel to other territories as required
