Description
Our biopharmaceutical client is currently undertaking a large new build program on their production site in Denmark and is looking for an experienced Project Engineer specialised in Washing Machine / Cleaning Equipment.Role
- Working within a multi-disciplined project team to deliver conceptual, basic and detailed design stages, as well as installation and validation of OSD manufacturing lines. (granulation/Tablet press/Washing machines/Parts cleaning/Cleaning).
- Development process of Parts/Equipment cleaning and sterilisation techniques for contact parts during the OSD manufacturing process.
- Take an active role in supporting the project team with cleaning/Washing machine within an OSD line expertise and offering mentoring to surrounding team members.
- Monitoring / participation in the implementation of the FAT/SAT and qualification/validation measures, to work together with suppliers and operation personnel.
Requirments
- Previous experience working within a multi-disciplined project team within the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of FDA and cGMP requirements.
- Experience of delivering OSD projects from Conceptual design stages through to handover and previous competencies in delivering OSD equipment strategies. Expertise in Washing Machines and equipment cleaning.
- Establishment of validation protocols, execution and coordination of tests and reporting.
- Educated to degree level/equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
