Your tasks:
- First-round editing, proof-reading, formatting, basic literature and information searches
- Lead training for affiliates and HQ staff in reference management and publication systems
- Develop congress posters and manage printing by agencies
- Facilitate Final Publication Approval (FPA) comment-only review of Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) publications
- Reference and information searches and collation, obtaining copyright permissions for figure/table reproduction
- Accurate and intelligent first-round editing of affiliate and external publications
- Complete layout, drawing and editing of congress posters and figures
- Facilitate FPA comment-only review of all ISS publications
- Lead cross-functional affiliate/EU HQ staff training/on-boarding, and provide ongoing support in reference management and the client publication systems
Your qualifications
- Master in Life Sciences or similar degree
- Profound experience in working within the pharmaceutical industry
- Profound editing/proof-reading experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- English writing/editing skills on native speaker level
- Project management experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Scientific/technical editing skills/experience in using publications systems
