Description
Our direct client in Portland is looking to hire a Senior-to-Lead level Project Coordinator. This is an initial 6 month contract with likely extensions, and also the possibility of converting to a Full time employee.You must have good communication/interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a team member with all organization levels, to ensure that key info on schedules, requirements, resources is communicated to management in a clear/timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates activities in an effective sequence by monitoring tasks, task-owners timelines, expenditures.
Compiles data, tracks, summarizes, reports results, develops/maintains reference info, Database.
Compiles, organizes, summarizes data from multiple sources; monitors/tracks processes to ensure their execution w/in defined parameters.
Determines schedules, availability of resources/materials.
Coordinates the completion of multiple projects by effectively monitoring and analysing schedules & tasks, reporting project costs, and facilitating activities in an effective sequence.
Provides support through the preparation of plans, reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Required:
HS Diploma, equivalent, or the equivalent combination of edu/experience.
Minimum of 3 years. experience in proj related work experience.
Proficient w/the use of PCs including spreadsheet, DB, word processing, presentation apps to compile, maintain, present info.
Superior Excel and reporting capabilities
Plusses:
Database-based reporting skills preferred.
