Job Title: Change Management Operations
Location: London
Rate: £275 - £375 per day
Duration: 6 months
You will form part of the team responsible for designing and developing the Change Management function.
Reporting to the Change Management Lead for our client, a key aspect of your role will be to support the running of the Business Change function including designing the processes and associated training to be used to upskill central change resource eg Change Support and PMO.
Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Establish and run change management practices and reporting (eg Change Forum)
- Bring all active change initiatives into governance
- Support the design of processes for central change functions ie PMO, Business Readiness, Change Implementation, Change Support (team responsible for maintenance of processes, tools, collateral)
- Support the design and development of guidance and training for central change functions
- Support direct on-boarding for direct change function roles
Experience Required
- Experience working with executive level stakeholders and change resources - essential
- Experience working in Banking environment - required
- Experience and understanding of 'supporting functions' in change environment - required
- Experience in guidance writing and learning development - required
- Experience in coaching - strongly preferred
- Administrative experience for Senior Executive forums and MI development - required
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal at manager level - essential
- Competent use of standard project tools and applications - especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint - essential
