Main Duties:
- The Solution Owner CAD/PLM will be responsible for working closely with partners across lines of business and the IT groups in order to understand strategic drivers and tactical needs to ensure that the implementation teams can provide technically innovative solutions that meet the business needs with the necessary usability, technical stability and scalability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience with 7-12 years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization.
- Proven and solid track record of at least 5 years experience with MCAD, ECAD engineering solutions such as CATIA (ideally v6), Solidworks, Mentor Graphics and ENOVIA PLM.
- Experience in running and maintaining complex systems with integrated interfaces to other systems (ERP solutions).
- Experience with design and development processes and in delivering technical solutions for these functions including knowledge of procedures with validated systems and CSV.
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in the engineering and/ or pharmaceutical industry a plus.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills along with long term and strategic thinking without losing the actual needs, teamwork and fast integration into bigger teams.
- Knowledge of IT systems: Daussault Enovia & Catia v6 SAP
