Description
A leading bank, based in Halifax are currently in need of an experienced Senior Business Architect/Design Lead to work on their Retail Finance Transformation programme. The Retail Finance Transformation programme looks to address key aspects of the Retail Finance operating model to resolve the most significant areas of inefficiency. The programme will couple systems simplification with organisational realignment, restructuring of the service offering and re-engineering of processes to transform its core activities. The chosen candidate for the Retail Finance Transformation programme will be responsible for shaping the transformation activity to ensure alignment to the pre agreed high level Target Operating Model. The role will require active engagement with Retail Finance and Group Finance leadership teams to facilitate effective design debates. The role will provide input, challenge and approval of all deliverables and ensure alignment of transformational and non- transformational initiatives.
This is a long-term contract role based in Halifax paying up to £500/day for the right candidate
