Security Strategy Delivery Manager
The function is positioned in the Global Security Strategy and Delivery' team. The principal responsibilities of this team are:
- Definition of the information security strategy;
- The déclinaison' of this strategy in a prioritized portfolio of projects, enhancements, and studies
- The regular monitoring of the implementation progress of said portfolio
- Occasionally, act as project manager (PM) or (more structurally) as support to GS team leads acting as PM.
- Both the strategy and the investment priorities are bank-wide deliverables.
- Good communication and interaction with middle and senior management levels across all functions in the bank is therefore essential
Role:
Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Define and execute the process that will deliver the info. security strategy;
- Communicate this process to stakeholders (contributors and their management); ensure buy-in and cooperation. Support contributors on ad hoc basis.
- Ensure that stakeholder input is aggregated in a concise, high quality enddeliverable, that can be shared with Sr. Management, and is supported by a communication kit.
- Consolidate bottom-up and top-down input into a cohesive strategy, supported by a realistic investment portfolio.
- As project manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of one or more projects; this includes management of project budget and resources.
- Support the GS Team Leads with the realization of their change' deliverables (enhancements; studies) in a hands-on and pragmatic manner: by coaching them in PM practices and techniques; by ensuring that basis progress reporting is available, and capacity managed; by occasionally acting as PM
Profile:
- Master degree
- Familiarity with project management and change management frameworks is a plus (eg Prince2, ADKAR, )
- Fluently in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
- Experience in project management (7+ years)
- Experience in management consulting (5+ years)
- Preferably, professional experience in information security (2+ years)
