Role: Client Engagement Manager (Tooling)

Job Description:
- Candidate should define an engagement model for each product family, and implement that engagement model
- Required to work with the Portfolio Manager to flag up any proposed changes to the product portfolio and with the tooling manager to continuously improve the product portal
- Need to work with the KPI person to measure net promoter score
- KPI and Reporting
Training Management:
- Will define the training strategy for the organisation and implement the various methods needed.
- Need to create the training material required and ensure it is available in the normal Client's channels
- Will set up, and own, a training academy where product owners and product managers go through a certification process to become experts in product management.
Tooling Strategy :
- Need to gather all the needs and define a tooling strategy.
- Define and own a set of ongoing working groups which include all relevant parties across the Provision/Portfolio/Pricing & Economic/Performance and process areas, defining and managing a book of work of deliverables across those areas.
- Will ensure the product store and support plus has a common navigation and UX look and feel, and that the product store reflects all of the CIO and COO (non end user) offerings with a sensible brand and look and feel.
- Will also define a near term tactical solution for the portfolio golden source which enables it to link into the other tools (such as Clarity) and enable KPI reporting.
