The Change Manager will develop and oversee execution of the change management strategy and project plan.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background of leading change management for SAP (10+ years' experience preferred), with specific expertise in each of the following areas:
- Executive Alignment
- Global Template Role Development
- Alignment with security roles
- End User Mapping Strategy
- Process, Role, and Business Impact Education
- Business Process Champion Program
- Formal Super User Program
- Business Impact Mapping and Action Planning
- Change Readiness Assessments and Activities
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Cultural Change
- Excellent oral and written communication experience.
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced certification or degrees are desired
- Local candidates are desired due to the longevity of the project.
